Day by day
12 days, with a minimum of three points planned for each.
Day 1Arrival in Munich
- Arrive in Munich and use the included airport transfer to the hotel.
- Complete orientation on the 12-day Alpine route, group communication, transport rules and weather-dependent mountain activities.
- Take a gentle Karlsplatz / Marienplatz orientation walk and prepare for the first full touring day.
Day 2Munich city & learning
- Explore Marienplatz, historic Munich and selected cultural / science landmarks using the transport and guiding standard of the chosen tier.
- Mid-tier / Premium can combine scheduled local guiding with a paid attraction or learning stop confirmed for the departure.
- Evening remains flexible for dining under the package meal plan and rest.
Day 3Salzburg day excursion
- Travel from Munich to Salzburg for a full-day Austrian excursion and guided city learning in the Mid-tier / Premium programme.
- Connect music, heritage, civic history and Alpine geography through a walkable city route and selected confirmed admissions.
- Return to Munich in the evening and prepare luggage for the move to Innsbruck.
Day 4Munich → Innsbruck
- Check out and cross into Austria, with public scheduled transport in Basic and private / executive group transport in higher tiers.
- Check in at Innsbruck and begin an orientation around the old town and surrounding mountain setting.
- Use the evening briefing to explain the next day’s attraction and weather / footwear needs.
Day 5Innsbruck & Swarovski
- Explore Innsbruck’s historic centre and Alpine urban setting.
- Mid-tier includes Swarovski Crystal Worlds; Premium uses the enhanced programme where contracted, while Basic follows the lower-cost public / orientation format.
- Conclude with a scenic stop or free time and prepare for Switzerland.
Day 6Innsbruck → Lucerne
- Travel into Switzerland and check in for the three-night Lucerne stay.
- Begin with the lakefront, Chapel Bridge and central orientation, focusing on how the city works as both a local centre and visitor gateway.
- Evening dining follows the selected tier’s meal arrangement.
Day 7Mountain excursion
- Basic keeps mountain tickets optional unless specifically shown in the final quotation.
- Mid-tier includes Mount Titlis as the flagship mountain experience, subject to operating and weather conditions.
- Premium replaces the standard summit plan with Jungfraujoch or the confirmed upgraded Alpine experience, with a weather substitution policy.
Day 8Lake Lucerne & city day
- Complete the Lake Lucerne cruise included in the programme and use the journey as a scenic / geographic learning component.
- Add central Lucerne culture, museums or free-choice exploration based on the tier and final departure pack.
- Return early enough for luggage preparation and the move to Zurich.
Day 9Lucerne → Zurich
- Move to Zurich and check in for the final two hotel nights.
- Orient around the lake, Bahnhofstrasse and Old Town using the transport standard of the selected package.
- Evening group briefing covers the final full day and departure logistics.
Day 10Zurich culture & reflection
- Explore Zurich’s Old Town and selected cultural landmarks with orientation or local guiding as contracted.
- Use the day for a museum, chocolate, enterprise or city-learning component where included in the final package.
- Complete the group reflection and final documentation / luggage checks.
Day 11Departure from Zurich
- Check out and use the included transfer to Zurich Airport.
- Complete group check-in with appropriate time for baggage, security and international departure procedures.
- Depart on the confirmed international flight; the overnight sector forms part of the travel schedule.
Day 12Arrival home / programme close
- Arrive at the final ticketed destination and complete onward travel independently unless separately arranged.
- Digital feedback and selected programme material are distributed after travel.
- Any supplier or service follow-up is handled against the traveller’s booking reference.
