Day by day

12 days, with a minimum of three points planned for each.

Day 1Arrival in Venice
  • Arrive through the confirmed gateway and use the included airport / city transfer arrangement.
  • Check in and receive orientation on Venice transport, luggage handling, meeting points and water-bus / boat procedures.
  • Take a light first walk so travellers understand the historic-island layout before the full programme begins.
Day 2Venice heritage
  • Explore St Mark’s area, public squares and canals with the level of guiding attached to the selected package.
  • Mid-tier includes Doge’s Palace; Premium adds the contracted gondola / upgraded cultural experience, while Basic keeps paid extras limited.
  • Evening is reserved for independent dining or the meal included in the selected tier.
Day 3Venice → Milan
  • Travel to Milan by the scheduled route, check in and complete city orientation.
  • Introduce Piazza del Duomo, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II and central design / retail culture.
  • Prepare for the next day’s architecture and city-learning programme.
Day 4Milan city & design
  • Explore Milan Duomo and central landmarks; Mid-tier / Premium include the contracted paid admission and local guiding.
  • Use additional time for design, business, history or a museum stop that fits the educational theme of the departure.
  • Evening free time follows confirmed meeting-point and transport instructions.
Day 5Lake Como excursion
  • Travel from Milan to Lake Como for a full-day excursion, using public transport in Basic and the higher-tier road / boat arrangement where contracted.
  • Mid-tier includes the scheduled Lake Como boat experience; Premium uses the upgraded boat component described in the final quotation.
  • Return to Milan for luggage preparation and a briefing on the Alpine move.
Day 6Milan → Lucerne
  • Travel through the Alpine corridor to Lucerne and check in for the three-night Swiss stay.
  • Begin with Chapel Bridge, the lakefront and central city orientation after arrival.
  • Meal arrangements follow the selected package tier.
Day 7Mount Titlis / Premium Alpine upgrade
  • Basic treats the major summit excursion as optional unless explicitly included in the final quotation.
  • Mid-tier includes Mount Titlis subject to weather and operating conditions.
  • Premium follows the upgraded Alpine plan stated in the final departure pack, with an agreed weather substitution if required.
Day 8Lake Lucerne & Swiss culture
  • Complete the planned lake / city experience and use public spaces, museums or selected guiding to deepen the Swiss component.
  • Premium may include an enhanced dining or cultural activity where contracted; Mid-tier balances included experiences with free time.
  • Complete evening luggage preparation for Zurich.
Day 9Lucerne → Zurich
  • Move to Zurich, check in and orient around the lake, Bahnhofstrasse and Old Town.
  • Use the afternoon to compare Lucerne’s visitor character with Zurich’s financial / urban role.
  • Evening remains structured around the tier meal plan and the final-day schedule.
Day 10Zurich final day
  • Explore selected cultural, museum, chocolate, enterprise or neighbourhood content according to the final contracted itinerary.
  • Use the final group session to connect Italy’s heritage / design themes with Swiss mobility, landscape and service systems.
  • Complete departure briefing and document checks.
Day 11Departure from Zurich
  • Check out and use the included airport transfer.
  • Complete baggage, security and airline procedures with sufficient buffer for the group.
  • Depart on the confirmed international flight.
Day 12Arrival home / programme close
  • Arrive at the final ticketed destination and complete onward travel.
  • Digital programme feedback and selected media are distributed after the tour.
  • Any service follow-up is recorded against the booking reference.
